Unfortunately many decorative fabrics are thrown away after one-time use. There is a broad range of applications, though, when fabrics are rented and cleaned after use. Cotton fabrics are not suited for this purpose because the flame-retardant properties are lost after laundry. Fabrics made of inherently flame retardant fibres – such as IBENA TREVIRA® CS TENT FABRIC, article 8923– can be laundered again and again and still comply with all fire protection standards.
The range of application is wide: many VIP tents at major events around the globe are decorated with CS fabric to provide a cosy atmosphere in an otherwise bare tent. Even the Formula 1 teams have the insides of their pit lane boxes covered with these fabrics, or the hospitality tents of Olympic Games. Not only large tent fabrics but also tablecloth or decorative chair covers are made of CS muslin.
The topic of Greenbox has been on everyone's lips since the pandemic - that's why we have colored our TREVIRA® CS MUSLIN, article 8920 in Chroma Green. In this way, our fabric gives every home office and online conference room the right atmosphere, without any necessary renovation work.
Especially in trade fair construction, they want to create partition walls that are light and transparent. The TREVIRA® CS VOILE, article 8900, is particularly suitable here. By clever lighting or the application of laser light, special effects can be achieved on this transparent fabric. The exact opposite of transparent is the IBENA POLYESTER FR DIMOUT, article 9010. With a dimout, a room is darkened to 90-99%, but outlines are still perceptible with a strong light source in the background. Due to its soft, flowing case, it is relatively wrinkle-resistant and can be draped excellently. Due to the wash-permanent flame retardancy, our POLYESTER FR DIMOUT is also well suited in the contract and hotel sector.
